BlackBoard Help Request Form

If you cannot access Blackboard currently, it could be a result of any of these minor details listed below. Please review this list to determine if your problem can be answered right now.

Use your UA NETID as your username and your Student ID# as your password.
If your Student ID# begins with an 'S' make sure you capitalize it.
If your Student ID# begins with a '0' try omitting that leading zero.
If your last name is hyphenated or has an apostrophe like O'Donnell, then please fill out the help form so we can assist you.

NOTE: If you just registered for a NetID, or added a class to your schedule, please note that it takes approximately 48 hours to process the information and reflect it on Blackboard.
