Equipment Retirement and Salvage

Eller IT can assist departments with the retirement and salvage of old University-owned
computer equipment. The requesting department should:
- Fill out UA Property Disposal forms to include all pieces of equipment being salvaged.
- Ensure that all forms have required authorizing departmental signatures.
- Make copies of the completed UA Property Disposal forms. Keep one copy for departmental files. Provide Eller IT with
one copy to take with them to UA Surplus Property.
- Contact Eller IT support to request an equipment pickup.
